For attending we received a special gift of a beautiful Stampin' Up! apron and new stamp set as well as being the first to receive the NEW catalogue! The dinner was absolutely delicious and I got to sit at a table with some SU! friends from Hobart Sharon Walsh and Julie Leeper, my lovely friend Di Barnes (from Sydney), the beautiful Anna from Demo Support and I also got to meet some new friends too. I got to attend my FIRST Centre Stage dinner which is a leadership-level, fancy sit-down dinner where we get spoilt and receive additional training. Some attended an event in Perth, while others of us went to Sydney. On Friday, 7 April I flew from Hobart to Sydney to attend OnStage which was a fun time shared with like-mined demonstrators, where we got to see new products, training and of course receive our copy of the new 2017-2018 Annual Catalogue! It was a great time swapping and catching up with friends near and far across Australia.

Special thanks also to Kath, who volunteers every Wednesday evening, for her commitment and continued support of the Encore program.I realised I have shared the excitement of OnStage in Sydney (8 April) via my Facebook business page but have not shared some of my experiences here, so I am about to remedy that! Thank you to all our volunteers backstage who make this annual event such a wonderful success. 11 April 2017 At the end of January I was lucky enough to have been chosen as a Display Stamper for OnStage Sydney that was held on 8th April at Luna Park. For the last eightteen months we have been working on the second phase of the database ONSTAGE: eventually it will contain information of the repertoire of the City Theatre of Amsterdam since the new building at the Leidseplein in 1774 till now. It is also a place where friendships are formed, where skills are learnt and developed, where self-esteem and independence is encouraged. Jan Vos: ‘analysing the identity of Amsterdam as a creative city’. but I was so thrilled that so many of The Crazy Crafters were able to attend. These programs aim to inspire people with disability, encourage their movement and creative talents and enhance personal fitness in a supportive and fun environment. OnStage 2017 - Occasions 2017/2018 Catalogue Tuesday, NovemI was so sad to have missed OnStage on the weekend for the first time. Our Encore, Viva and Line Dancing programs are so much more than just social and recreational programs. The participants continue to amaze us with their ability to learn and express their talents and abilities in a variety of ways. Each year Sarah leads the signing choir at our annual concert. Sarah has formed a Signing Choir and teaches interested participants to sign in Sign Language to popular music. Sarah, a volunteer, plays an important role in the Encore program. Participants listen to various songs, learn dance steps and then put it all together for our annual concert. Day 2 at 2017 NA LCS Summer Finals in Boston, Massachusetts, USA on 3 September 2017.

Jin Im, Diane, Amie, Toby, Julie and Mark each week encourage participants in the various programs to participate and reach their full potential in a supportive and friendly environment.

They perform a variety of dance routines to popular and contemporary music and their talents and abilities continue to impress the audience. Participants of our Encore, Viva and Harmonies programs entertained an audience of around 400 community members. One of the most memorable and successful events of the year was Encore on Stage 2017, which was held on 19th February 2017.
